Travel Agent Nightmares and Larry the Spotted Cyclops!

My departure date is exactly 3 weeks away and I keep having the re-occuring nightmare that I am just about to leave and a rotarian shows up at my house to tell me that it was all a mistake and I'm not even going on exchange....So far that hasn't happened yet, However last week the travel agent informed me that she messed up on my visa and that embassy link in Vancouver is still waiting to recieve my information =/ So I spoke to the lady in charge of my visa at embassy link and she seemed quite confident that I would have my visa on time!!! So according to her I shouldn't be sitting in Canada in the middle of September waiting for my visa like I thought! The only flight information that I have so far is that I am supposed to be leaving on the 25th of August so I will arrive with all of the exchange students at the Roissy Charles de Gaulle airport in Paris on the 26th, from there I fly to Toulouse Blagnac to meet my counseller!

At the end of June I graduated from highschool! Yay, I've finished 13 years of the easiest schooling the world has ever seen. Now I face french school which is strictly academic and runs from 8-5 Monday to Friday except for 8-12 on Wednesdays. And as the most epic grad present that anyones parents could ever come up with, my parents surprised me by paying for my EUROTOUR!!!! Which is exactly as amazing as it sounds! It's a couple weeks on a bus with a whole bunch of Rotary Exchange students going around France, Italy, Monaco, Germany, Switzerland and Austria! Thanks Mom and Dad!

Brayden has also come up with a crazy idea that will, help keep me busy and you updated, during the next year. He has proven his, once questionable...artistic abilities...and created ''Larry the Spotted Cyclops" which I will take with me next year and photograph in exciting places.
